We build practical tools that educators and institutions can use. Fikira is an example of this kind of work. The tools we build come from real problems, not hypothetical ones.

We listen first. We do not arrive with a fixed framework we apply to every situation.
We design with you, not for you. The people closest to the problem are part of the solution.
We are honest about what research says and what it does not say. We do not overstate certainty.
We build for real conditions, not ideal ones. If it only works in a well-resourced setting, it is not a solution.
We are a small practice. You work directly with us, not with a junior staff member assigned to your account.
