Teacher Workflows

Practical support for classroom design.

Fikira is strongest when it helps teachers improve the learning task itself.

Lesson Design

Create objectives, discussion prompts, activities, and checks for understanding matched to the class level.
Align learning tasks to clear outcomes.
Design for student participation and reasoning.

Assignment Redesign

Add process evidence, oral checks, local examples, reflection, and clearer AI-use expectations.
Move beyond final products to show student thinking.
Reduce easy outsourcing while increasing learning value.

Assessment

Draft rubrics, formative checks, quiz sets, and alternative assessments that make reasoning visible.
Build both summative and diagnostic tools.
Generate multiple versions for differentiated assessment.

Responsible AI Teaching

Set expectations before misuse happens.

Teachers need tools for better design, not just warnings after the fact. Fikira helps clarify what AI use is allowed, what must be disclosed, and where student thinking must remain visible.

Allowed use Define brainstorming, feedback, translation, and revision boundaries.

Evidence of thinking Require notes, drafts, decisions, sources, and reflection.

Disclosure Make AI use transparent and connected to learning goals.

AI-Aware Design

What changes when AI is in the classroom.

Fikira treats responsible AI use as a design problem, not a policy problem.

What Stays the Same

Teachers decide learning goals and what matters.
Students remain accountable for their own thinking.
Good assignments are still rooted in subject knowledge.
Assessment requires evidence, not just a final product.

What Fikira Helps Adjust

Assignment structures that make AI-assisted shortcuts harder.
Rubrics that reward process, not just output.
Clear disclosure expectations written into the task.
Formative checkpoints that keep student reasoning visible.
